Motorized Louvered Pergola at Bayside Marketplace – Miami, Florida

Located in the heart of one of Miami’s most iconic waterfront destinations, this project at Bayside Marketplace demanded precision, speed, and uncompromising design quality. Artepatio was selected to design and install a motorized louvered roof system that would elevate the outdoor dining experience while respecting the nonstop energy of an active commercial mall.

The primary challenge was execution: the installation had to be completed in record time and coordinated carefully during full mall operations, with zero disruption to visitors, tenants, or daily business flow.
