Complete Patio Renovation – Doral, Florida

This project represents a full transformation of the Quercia family’s backyard into a refined, functional outdoor living space designed for year-round enjoyment in Doral, Florida.

At the heart of the renovation is a motorized louvered roof pergola, engineered to provide complete control over sunlight, shade, and ventilation. The adjustable aluminum louvers allow the space to adapt effortlessly to changing weather conditions, creating comfort whether fully open to the sky or closed for protection from sun and rain.

Beneath the pergola, we installed a luxury Italian outdoor kitchen, crafted in stainless steel and finished with sleek, modern lines. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances, including a high-performance grill, cooktop, sink, refrigeration, and ample storage—designed to deliver both professional-level functionality and timeless European style.

To support the structure and elevate the overall aesthetic, the project included the construction of a new reinforced concrete slab, finished with high-end marble tile flooring. The marble surface adds durability, elegance, and a seamless connection between the kitchen, seating, and entertainment areas.
