This project represents a full design-build transformation of a waterfront backyard into a seamless, resort-style outdoor living environment. Artepatio was responsible for the entire patio concept, design, and construction, carefully integrating architecture, functionality, and landscape to maximize both everyday living and entertaining.

At the heart of the space is a custom motorized louvered pergola, designed to provide on-demand shade, ventilation, and rain protection. The clean architectural lines of the structure frame the outdoor kitchen and bar area, creating a refined yet highly functional gathering space that adapts effortlessly to Florida’s changing weather.

The renovation extends beyond the pergola to include a complete outdoor living ecosystem: a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, expansive wood-look decking, pool and spa integration, dining and lounge areas, and unobstructed waterfront views. Every element was planned to flow naturally—from the indoor living areas to the pool deck and down to the water’s edge.
