Complete Patio Renovation – Doral, FL | Agostini Family

This project in Doral, Florida was a true design and construction challenge: transforming a narrow, limited backyard into a fully functional, luxury outdoor living space without sacrificing comfort, flow, or aesthetics. Working closely with the Agostini Family—who were incredibly proactive and detail-oriented throughout the entire process—we were able to push the design to its full potential and deliver an exceptional result.

The renovation includes the construction of a custom modern pool perfectly scaled to the space, creating a refreshing focal point while maintaining clear circulation throughout the patio. Every inch was carefully planned to maximize usability and visual openness.

To enhance year-round comfort, we installed a state-of-the-art motorized louvered roof pergola. This system allows full control of sunlight, shade, and ventilation, transforming the patio into a versatile outdoor room that adapts effortlessly to changing weather conditions.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen was integrated seamlessly into the layout, featuring premium finishes and high-performance appliances. Designed for both everyday use and entertaining, it complements the modern architectural lines while maximizing functionality in a compact footprint.

The project was completed with high-end flooring, custom privacy elements, thoughtful landscaping, and carefully selected outdoor furnishings to create a cohesive, elegant environment.
