Our vision was to preserve the charm of the existing structure while introducing modern outdoor living elements that would elevate both aesthetics and usability. The centerpiece of the renovation is a custom retractable roof system, expertly attached to the existing concrete walls. This solution allows the space to adapt effortlessly—open to natural light and breezes or closed for shade and weather protection—making it enjoyable year-round.

A luxury Italian outdoor kitchen was seamlessly integrated into the design, combining refined craftsmanship with high-performance materials. The kitchen layout was carefully planned to support both casual family meals and entertaining, blending beautifully with the surrounding greenery and architectural lines.

The outdoor experience was further enhanced with a fully renovated swimming pool, complemented by a newly built spa that adds relaxation and visual interest.
